Early Childhood Educator Trainee

Fostering Growth and Development in Early Years Education

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator Trainee to join our team. As a trainee, you will work closely with experienced educators to develop your skills and knowledge in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.

You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children aged 0-5 years.

Our trainees have the opportunity to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care while gaining hands-on experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and colleagues
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of educational programs that promote child learning and development
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education
Requirements:
  • A strong desire to work in early childhood education and care
  • The willingness to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A permanent right to work in Australia
