Early Childhood Education Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated leader to join our team.

The successful applicant will have a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent qualification, with strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs offered to children.
  • Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice, working closely with the centre leadership team.
