In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate your team members, driving continuous improvement in centre operations. You will collaborate with our dedicated leadership team to foster respectful relationships with families and actively engage with local community networks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver high-quality early learning and care.

  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.

    ">">

  • Manage the centre in the Centre Director's absence.

    ">">

  • Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide.
