About the Role:

We are seeking an Ambitious Field Sales Representative to join our team in Sydney's North-West region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and increasing brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Own responsibility for analysis of customer potential and develop optimal tour planning (routing, call cycle, coverage) accordingly, taking targets and goals for the particular distribution channel into consideration and in agreement with your manager and the National Key Account team.">
  • In your region, you are the reliable and knowledgeable partner for decision-makers, e.g., Food and Beverage Managers. As such you are a role model and embody our values of responsibility, passion, focus, and professionalism thus earning 100% of the customers' trust in Red Bull.">
  • Drive and expand the business by identifying opportunities and turning them into the right sales and marketing initiatives.">
  • You are the face of Red Bull and it is your personal, unique, open manner combined with your knowledge and experience that thrills our customers.">
  • Experience within sales, in particular field sales, is preferred.">
  • IT savvy and familiar with standard software and technology.">
  • You like being on the move as this isn't an office job. A tool of trade car is provided, a full driver's license is required.">
  • Driven and self-motivated. Responsible for your independent action and strong implementation.">
  • Proficient in written and verbal English.">
  • Travel 50-60%.">

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is between AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including access to training and development programs, health insurance, and more.
