As a skilled Lighting Technical Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the technical aspects of productions and events are executed to the highest standards.

This position involves working closely with internal and external creative teams to achieve their artistic vision within agreed timelines. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and undertaking of various operational duties, including maintaining and testing all lighting equipment.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in an equivalent role, working in a large-scale venue. They will possess a comprehensive understanding of lighting equipment, power distribution, and networking. Experience operating industry-leading lighting consoles, such as Grand MA3, is highly desirable.

You will also be expected to communicate production and event requirements to stakeholders, source lighting equipment hires and purchases, and assist with production load-ins and load-outs. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under time constraints are essential.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in moving light technology and computer-aided drawing software (CAD). You will be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
