Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety Management: Ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards throughout all operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of production staff to ensure smooth operation of all processes.
  • Performance Management: Analyze and improve operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement new procedures and protocols to drive business growth and excellence.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At Least 2 Years Experience: In food manufacturing, operating machinery, and equipment, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Food Safety and Quality Management: Proven knowledge of food safety and quality management principles, with experience in implementing and maintaining safe food handling practices.
