About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Double Degree Registered Nurse to join our team at Albury Wodonga Health.

This is a 12-month Graduate Program, commencing in February 2025, with a fixed term of 32 hours per week (0.8FTE).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic regional health service
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
About the Unit

The AWH Maternity Unit is a Level 4 Special Care Nursery, providing care to over 400 babies per year. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse and Midwife with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrates a person and family centred approach to decision making and care planning activities
  • Ability to work as a team member within a multidisciplinary environment
  • Demonstrates an understanding of and the ability to practice within a quality and risk management framework
