Job Title

Facilities and Assets Administrator

Job Description

This role requires an individual with excellent organisational skills, problem-solving ability, and team spirit to keep sites safe, functional, and welcoming.

The successful candidate will be at the heart of coordinating repairs, updating systems, and tracking assets, which will have a ripple effect on creating spaces where people feel safe, valued, and supported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily operations of sites across WA, ensuring they are safe, functional, and welcoming.
  • Carry out asset audits, maintain records, and ensure resources are in top condition.
  • Work with contractors and vendors to get repairs, upgrades, and maintenance sorted on time.
  • Manage tools like MyBuildings and Smart-Fleet to ensure data is accurate and operations run smoothly.
  • Oversee procurement requests and supplies to prevent anything from falling through the cracks.
Requirements
  • A Cert IV/Diploma in Business or similar (or relevant experience).
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and an eagerness to pick up new systems.
  • Strong time management and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience in property services is great, but not essential.

Other essentials include a National Police Clearance (within 6 months) and a valid Driver's Licence.
