We seek a talented graphic artist to join our innovative team. Our office is part of a data-driven group and is looking for a dynamic individual to collaborate with our art room team.

About the Role:

As a Graphic Design Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our fast-paced environment where you can explore and expand your artistic skills. You will report to the Production Manager and be responsible for producing visual materials such as photo ID cards, gift cards, bar tab cards, hotel room key cards, event passes, and combination cards. You will work closely with our team to ensure all designs adhere to corporate styles and guidelines, utilizing templates to streamline the design process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize Adobe InDesign and learn our custom system to create captivating designs

- Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and execute creative projects

- Ensure all designs meet quality standards and deadlines

- Maintain organized files and documentation for easy reference

- Communicate effectively with colleagues to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you need to be computer savvy and proficient in design software, particularly Adobe InDesign. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail is essential, as is excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
