Visual Designer Role

As a skilled visual designer, you will be responsible for all creative efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design concepts that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Manage team expectations and understand their requirements for each project.
  • Project manage creative work to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Contribute to team planning and resourcing to ensure effective project outcomes.
  • Engage with freelance designers and developers to assist with project deliverables.
  • Provide feedback to elevate the quality of work from internal and external agency partners.
  • Be responsible for brand asset management and elements.
  • Manage team workflow and ensure all jobs are logged in a central system.
  • Organize files in an orderly manner.

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a professional designer or similar role.
  • High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Dreamweaver).
  • Professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A well-maintained portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
