Job Title: Digital Designer

The role of a Digital Designer is pivotal in creating captivating visuals that enhance the user experience across various platforms. This includes social media, emails, websites, and educational collateral.

As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for designing eye-catching point-of-sale assets such as displays, banners, window decals, and media walls. You will also apply strategic use of typography, imagery, colour, and layout to maximise the visual impact and appeal of our online content.

  • Designing engaging visuals for various marketing channels
  • Creating impactful point-of-sale assets
  • Developing effective marketing strategies through design

This position can be casual, part-time, or freelance, with 20 to 25 hours per week to start. There is potential for full-time in the future for the right candidate. The role is office-based, so living near or in Melbourne is ideal.

Key Requirements:

  • 1+ years of digital design experience with a strong portfolio
  • Relevant degree in graphics, digital or UI design
  • Experience in brand strategy and using Figma
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition
  • Effective communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with marketing tech stacks
  • Skills in animation or illustration to push creative boundaries
  • Experience with responsive design
