We are seeking a talented Visual Creative Specialist to join our marketing team in South Melbourne.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or professional with high-volume retail experience to shape the visual identity of brands like Spotlight, Anaconda and Harris Scarfe.

  • Responsible for working on various marketing collateral, including catalogues, point-of-sale materials, press advertising, electronic direct mail, visual merchandising and other materials.
  • Build high-quality collateral from briefs supplied, adhering to brand style guides and maintaining brand integrity.
  • Implement creative direction and instruction to completion, ensuring all visual communication standards are met.
  • Manage own workload to meet deadlines and communicate with the team as needed.
  • Produce artwork-ready files on time, with high attention to detail, ensuring all projects are released accurately and efficiently.

About You:

  • A relevant tertiary education in a creative field (e.g., graphic design, fine arts).
  • Proficiency in Mac OS environment and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD).
  • Experience with additional software such as Figma, Premiere, After Effects and AI image generation models is advantageous.
  • Good design, typographical, layout and production skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand retail event timelines and schedules.
