Job Title: Operations Supervisor

About the Job

This is a permanent full-time position that offers a competitive salary, shift allowance, and bonus opportunities.

We are seeking a leader with operational experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of up to 30 members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct toolbox meetings on workplace health and safety (WHS) and other important topics as required.
  • Hold one-on-one performance meetings with team members.
  • Manage absenteeism and performance management.
  • Recognize opportunities for learning and development.
  • Organize and distribute workload to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Implement processes to improve business and team performance.
  • Ensure all work health and safety requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role.
  • Experience managing a large team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends.
  • Results-driven proven capability.
  • Knowledge of cost implications of different resource management decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred but not essential.
