We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Store Manager at our esteemed Levi's Macquarie store.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive store performance and lead a team of retail professionals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates with extensive retail management experience, discretion, professional judgment, tact, and diplomacy will excel in this position.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, but we are looking for creative individuals with a flair for fashion who can bring innovative ideas to the table.
  • Successful candidates will possess a passion for creating a customer service and sales culture where customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with our District Manager to develop store business strategies and initiatives that drive sales and performance goals.
  • You will also manage training processes for new hires and current employees, lead floor changes, sales, and promotional events, and provide effective leadership to delegate responsibilities and ensure all required tasks are completed.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
