**The Opportunity**:
Join the ranks of SAPP International at our Sydney establishment, nestled within the vibrant Macquarie Park locale. We're in pursuit of a seasoned and adaptable Industrial Designer, poised to integrate seamlessly into our rapidly expanding team. This pivotal role entails a dynamic scope, demanding a professional capable of navigating diverse challenges. As an integral part of our team, the chosen Industrial Designer will influence the trajectory of our business and collaborate closely with the Senior Concept Designer and Creative Director.

**Responsibilities**:
As an Industrial Designer at SAPP International, your role will encompass an array of responsibilities, including:
1. Conceiving and rendering innovative design solutions for both permanent and temporary retail Point of Sale (POS) displays.

2. Elevating our clients' brands within the retail domain, enticingly showcasing merchandise.

3. Adhering to clients' brand guidelines while infusing your creative vision.

4. Translating designs into actionable briefs for the broader industrial design team or our China-based facility.

5. Assisting the sales team with compelling content for new business proposals.

6. Collaborating with the Senior Concept Designer and Creative Director to shape the design narrative.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
1. Completed a Bachelor's Degree of have had Higher Education in a related field

2. At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience

3. Proven experience in designing retail POS or experiential design, underscoring your creative prowess.

4. Comprehensive training in Industrial Design and a proficient working knowledge of 3DS Max/Rhino.

5. Competence in importing SolidWorks files into 3DS Max/Rhino, showcasing your technical acumen.

6. Proficiency in Vray for rendering and crafting captivating presentation concept images.

7. Insight into manufacturing processes, ensuring practical design realization.

8. Adeptness in Adobe Design Suite, facilitating seamless design communication.

9. A positive "can-do" attitude, fostering a collaborative and proactive work culture.

10. Exemplary communication skills, both within the team and when interfacing with clients.

11. Desire to contribute and engage in a collaborative work environment.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:
While not essential, the following skills would be advantageous:
1. Hand drawing skills, adding a personal touch to your design process.

2. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, enabling dynamic visual presentations.

3. Experience in animation, lending an additional layer of creativity to your skill set.

4. Graphics Design and Finished Art experience, broadening your creative toolkit.
