The Role of Territory Manager


As a Territory Manager at Ecolab, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with food retail customers. You will provide first-class training and servicing support to ensure our customers' challenges are resolved.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Maintain a regular visit cycle with customers within your territory
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to improve food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to customers
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure our customers are using our sanitizing solutions and equipment effectively and safely
  • Conduct food safety, brand standards, and other on-site evaluations at customer locations
  • Assist with growing the business by identifying new opportunities for our customers
  • Servicing equipment and conducting basic repairs/maintenance if required

What We Offer


We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer flexible working arrangements, MY Days bonus health and well-being leave, ability to purchase additional annual leave, health and well-being subsidy of $250 per year, rewarding bonus and incentive programs, paid parental leave support, attractive staff product discounts, access to the Ecolab holiday house in Lake Taupo NZ, and an employee stock purchase plan.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:



  • Experience within Food Retail or Quick Service Restaurants
  • Understanding of food safety and compliance
  • Drive and enthusiasm to succeed and provide solutions that add genuine value to your customers
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Hands-on approach in providing service to your customers
