Reporting to the Senior Training Advisor, your key responsibilities will include implementing eLearning governance, crafting engaging learning materials using contemporary principles and tools, and overseeing projects from conception to completion.

You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, develop storyboards, and create interactive content suitable for our workforce. Your expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital media will enable you to craft compelling learning experiences that meet health and safety regulations and company policies.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also possess excellent communication and project management abilities, allowing you to effectively coordinate multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
