Job Summary:

The eLearning Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining all eLearning resources across Queensland Metals Operations. This role will involve project management, instructional design, and adult learning principles to develop storyboards and interactives suitable for our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of eLearning Standards
  • Development, creation, and maintenance of eLearning content
  • Project management of Internal and external module builds
  • Instructional design and adult learning principles for storyboards and interactives
  • Gathering and manipulating digital media for use in modules
  • Development of voice over (VO) scripting, recording, and editing
  • Uploading and testing of modules in LMS environments
  • Development and implementation of training programs for health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Identifying and coordinating professional development opportunities for Training Teams
  • Increasing awareness, user experience, promotion, and usage analysis within the Corporate online learning platform

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The selected candidate will have expertise or qualifications in eLearning, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, or a similar field. They should be able to build relationships with customers and external providers, possess attention to detail, and follow up on tasks efficiently. Familiarity with eLearning platforms and authoring tools is also essential.
