eLearning Specialist

The eLearning specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing eLearning strategies across operations.

• E-learning governance: Implementing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
• eLearning resource development: Designing and delivering engaging eLearning content using contemporary learning principles and tools.
• Project management: Coordinating the development, deployment, and maintenance of all internal and external module builds.
• Instructional design: Applying adult learning principles to develop storyboards and interactives that meet learners' needs.
• Digital media gathering and manipulation: Collecting and preparing digital media for use in modules.
• Voice-over scripting, recording, and editing: Developing voice-over scripts and recording/editing audio for enhanced learning experiences.
• LMS environment testing: Ensuring seamless uploading and testing of modules within Learning Management Systems.
• Training program development: Creating training programs to align with health and safety regulations, company policies, and guidelines.
• Professional development coordination: Identifying and coordinating opportunities for the training team's professional growth and development.
