Job Title: Advisor - Elearning

Job Description

We are seeking an eLearning expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for the development, design, maintenance, and project management of all eLearning resources.

This position works an attractive 5/2, 4/3 nine-day fortnight, promoting a healthy work-life balance and involvement in the local community.

The selected candidate will receive assistance with relocation and initial housing support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation of eLearning Governance across Queensland Metals
  • Develop, design, and maintain eLearning resources using contemporary learning principles and tools
  • Project management of all Internal and external module builds
  • Applying instructional design skills and adult learning principles to develop storyboards and interactives suitable for our workforce
  • Gathering and manipulating digital media for use in modules (photography/film/graphics)
  • Development of voice-over (VO) scripting, record, and edit VO
  • Uploading and testing of modules in LMS environments
  • Development and implementation of training programs to meet health and safety regulations and company policies and guidelines
  • Identify and coordinate professional development opportunities for our Training Teams
  • Increase awareness, user experience, promotion, and usage analysis within our Corporate online learning platform
Requirements:
  • Experience or qualifications in eLearning, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, or a similar field are highly regarded
  • Ability to build, develop, and positively influence customer and external provider relationships
  • High precision in attending to details and robust follow-up proficiencies
  • Familiarity with eLearning platforms, such as SuccessFactors Learning and Cornerstone
  • Skills and experience in authoring tools such as Lectora, Rise 360, Storyline, or similar
  • Skills and experience in graphic design and multimedia skills using Adobe program suite
  • Photography and videography skills/experience
  • Able to navigate transitions effectively and accomplish tasks in complex environments
  • Capable of autonomously coordinating various projects to meet deadlines and adhere to budget constraints
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
