Elearning Experience Developer

The role of the Learning Experience Specialist is to develop, design, and maintain eLearning resources that enhance the learning experience for employees.
This position involves implementing a governance framework for eLearning, developing and maintaining eLearning resources using contemporary learning principles and tools, as well as project managing all internal and external module builds.
The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, graphic design, or a similar field, with strong customer relationship building skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive eLearning strategy
- Design and deliver engaging eLearning content
- Project manage the development and implementation of eLearning modules
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality eLearning resources
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps
- Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of eLearning programs
