Cabra Dominican College Seeks Director of Mission and Identity

Cabra Dominican College, a Catholic co-educational institution, is seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the position of Director of Mission and Identity. This role is a key part of the college's leadership team, responsible for fostering the Catholic ethos and identity of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Principal and Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement the college's mission and identity initiatives.
  • Oversee the leadership of mission, retreat, and reflection programs, liturgy, and Religious Education.
  • Work with the Principal, Deputy Principals, and Mission Coordinator to develop strategic initiatives that promote an inclusive, contemporary faith community.

Cabra Dominican College is committed to providing a child-safe and child-friendly environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the college's Catholic identity is maintained and developed in a contemporary and life-giving manner.

This is a POR 4 position with a time release of a minimum of 6.5 hours per week. A permanent full-time teaching position underpins this role in accordance with the SA Catholic Schools Enterprise Agreement 2020.
