Delivering In-Home Support Services

The Role

You will provide essential in-home support to clients with complex needs, including acquired brain injury and high personal care requirements. Your goal is to assist clients in living more independently and participating actively in their communities, promoting dignity and respect.

  • Personal care, medication, and daily living assistance
  • Support for PEG feeding, stoma care, catheter care, and bowel management
  • Transportation for appointments and community access
  • Implementation of behaviour support strategies tailored to each client
  • Assistance in working towards NDIS goals
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in complex disability support and a strong background in positive behaviour support, trauma-informed care, and mental health. A Certificate IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services is desirable. You must also have a valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in complex disability support

  • Strong background in positive behaviour support (PBS), trauma-informed care, and mental health
