Disability Support Role

Ezy Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in the Greystanes area of NSW. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex physical needs.

The successful candidate will have experience in delivering services to clients with complex physical needs and hold a Certificate III or IV in individual support, aged care or disability, or an Allied Health qualification. Additionally, they must possess a current NDIS Worker Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid and CPR Certificate, Manual handling certificate, and Australian drivers licence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal/hygiene care and social/community participation
  • Provide support and advocacy for clients to achieve their goals and live an independent life

This is a 24/7 roster, offering a range of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. As a Disability Support Worker with Ezy Care, you can expect flexible hours, regular shifts, and the support and mentoring of an experienced team.
