High-Priority Recruitment Role
">Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned recruitment specialist to spearhead our high-volume hiring campaigns. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
- Manage all stages of the recruitment process, including shortlisting, phone screening, and booking interviews.
- Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, networking events, and talent pools.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience aligned with our employee value proposition.
- Proven experience in a talent acquisition role, preferably in the disability services or healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated ability to provide expert advice and guidance to empower managers to make informed selection decisions.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Candidates with experience facilitating job/organization/culture fit of candidates that delivers on quality of hire outcomes will be highly regarded.
