Cultural Family Support Specialist

The role of a Cultural Practice Advisor involves engaging with children, families, carers and service providers to support the cultural needs of children and families.
This includes:
- Effectively communicating with stakeholders to establish and strengthen safety and support networks.
- Providing high-quality cultural advice to inform decisions about child safety.
- Participating in a multidisciplinary team to deliver culturally appropriate family support services.
Key responsibilities include:
Main Responsibilities- To engage with children, families, carers and service providers to support their cultural needs.
- To work collaboratively with stakeholders to establish and strengthen safety and support networks.
- To provide high-quality cultural advice to inform decisions about child safety.
- To participate in a multidisciplinary team to deliver culturally appropriate family support services.
