Key Responsibilities- Admissions and Discharges: Oversee all allied-health related internal and external admissions and discharges, ensuring seamless transitions for clients.
- Client Documentation: Manage client documentation, plans, and tasks, ensuring all responsibilities are up to date and accurate.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry across various departments to the highest standard of accuracy, meeting payroll and finance requirements.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with relevant stakeholders and industry bodies to promote exceptional care and service levels.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and complete records, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
- Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction, promoting independence amongst clients.
- Tertiary Qualifications: You will obtain tertiary qualifications or relevant allied health qualifications.
- Technical Skills: Sound understanding of MS Office suite and Client Management applications.

- Autonomy: You will be able to work autonomously, maintaining exemplary time management and deadlines.
- Driver's License: Hold a valid Victorian driver's license, essential for this opportunity.
