We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Affairs Administrator to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Corporate Affairs Secretarial team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality assistance to our Corporate Affairs Manager and clients to ensure they meet their ASIC obligations and requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with corporate affairs, including company incorporations and trust establishments.
  • Preparing client documents, letters, and responding to requests.
  • Assisting with corporate secretarial duties, including ASIC forms, lodgements, and annual reviews.
  • Maintenance of ASIC debtors and corporate filing systems.
  • Communication with ASIC regarding client matters.
  • Coordination of the out-for-signature and lodgement process.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Administrative experience within a professional services firm, preferably in the public practice environment.
  • Preferable ASIC experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to time manage and prioritize tasks.
  • Multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
