Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, and Payroll modules according to business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including strong knowledge of EC APIs, Time Off, and SAP S/4HANA HR, with a solid understanding of AU/US payroll processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SuccessFactors platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules according to business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain integrations between EC, Time Off, and Payroll, including Point-to-Point replication setups.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across modules data replication monitor.
  • Integrate SuccessFactors EC with other business systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SuccessFactors platform.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new features and functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of technology landscape to guide the team.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
  • Skill/Knowledge/Experience:
    • Minimum 10+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) API, EC Time Off, SAP S4 Hana HR and understanding of AU/US payroll process would be an added advantage.
    • This role may involve configuring, implementing, and supporting these modules.
    • SAP SuccessFactors: Strong knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SF API, Time Off, SAP S4 Hana.
    • API Integration: Experience working with APIs for data exchange and integration between different systems.
    • Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and data discrepancies.
    • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
    • Project Management: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks, work independently and as part of a team.
