Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team at AccountAbility. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Support: Provide assistance to Account Managers, including preparing customer quotes and handling sales inquiries.
  • Order Management: Efficiently manage website, email, and phone orders, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with purchasing, goods inwards, and dispatch departments to ensure seamless order processing.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar customer service role is essential.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to promote products effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer usage and typing, with familiarity with Pronto software.
  • Professionalism: Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to address customer inquiries professionally.
