Sales and Service Representative Trainee Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Service Representative Trainee to join our team. As a Sales and Service Representative Trainee, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers' needs, providing exceptional service, and promoting our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently;
- To work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and promote our products to customers;
- To assist with the maintenance and repair of our equipment, ensuring that it is in good working condition;
- To participate in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge in sales, service, and product maintenance;
- To contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration among team members.
Requirements:
