Job Responsibilities- Partner with the management team to oversee and support a knowledgeable, multi-disciplinary team.
- Ensure timely delivery of rehabilitation services, prioritizing customer satisfaction and value.
- Drive operational performance metrics, including customer outcomes, revenue growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with the national management team to establish and execute strategic growth plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Workers Compensation scheme insurer and agents.
- At least 4 years of experience in occupational rehabilitation, preferably with people management experience.
- Current accreditation/membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist.
- Strong knowledge of Workers Compensation schemes.
- A commitment to driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage operational and financial requirements of a growing team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Honesty, integrity, a positive attitude and strong team spirit.
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
