Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with the management team to oversee and support a knowledgeable, multi-disciplinary team.
  • Ensure timely delivery of rehabilitation services, prioritizing customer satisfaction and value.
  • Drive operational performance metrics, including customer outcomes, revenue growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the national management team to establish and execute strategic growth plans.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Workers Compensation scheme insurer and agents.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in occupational rehabilitation, preferably with people management experience.
  • Current accreditation/membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist.
  • Strong knowledge of Workers Compensation schemes.
  • A commitment to driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage operational and financial requirements of a growing team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Honesty, integrity, a positive attitude and strong team spirit.
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
