About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team at CommBank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of medium to large-sized businesses, providing them with expert advice and guidance on financial solutions.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
  • Work closely with our product specialists to deliver a range of financial solutions, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management, and investment advice.
  • Drive deal execution and negotiate complex solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Continuously build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank across the region.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager who has a deep understanding of banking products and services, as well as a strong track record of building and leading successful business portfolios. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building and leading a successful business portfolio, with a strong track record of revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of banking products and services, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management, and investment advice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate complex solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
