Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own portfolio of loyal clients
  • Ensure compliance and operational requirements are met
  • Liaise with Underwriters, colleagues, and clients to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Process renewals, debtors, and other tasks accurately and on time
  • Secure new business and retain current clients
Requirements for Success
  • Experience managing your own portfolio - SME, Mid Market, or Corporate
  • Tier 1 Broking qualification
  • Experience with Broking and Steadfast software
  • Excellent client relationship building skills
  • Self-motivation, solid methodology, and attention to detail
  • Strong relationships with insurers and underwriters in Victoria
