Strategic Business Partner

As a Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's growth and development.
The ideal candidate will have generalist experience in business partnership or similar, hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, and possess strong coaching and development skills to build positive working relationships with organizational leaders.
You will be responsible for providing day-to-day guidance and support to the management team, participating in strategic projects, and contributing to the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and conduct meetings for incidents and human resource issues
- Active involvement in People Meetings with the leadership team
- Management of Workcover claims
- General HR admin including vacancy updates, head count reporting, internal transfers
- Participation in recruitment selection
- Culture engagement activities to continue to grow and foster our culture
- Coaching of leaders on human resource objectives
- Culture, engagement & wellbeing activities - we celebrate our people
