Strategic HR Partnership Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources professional to join our organization as a Strategic HR Partner. In this key role, you will play a critical part in supporting the business in achieving its strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-impact HR solutions, with a strong understanding of HR principles and best practices. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance on performance management, remuneration reviews, employee relations, and policy interpretation.

As a Strategic HR Partner, you will also develop and implement engagement, retention, and absenteeism strategies, providing analytical support to inform business decisions. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, is essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the business in relation to performance management, remuneration reviews, promotions, and transitions.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of HR, including employee relations and policy interpretation.
  • Developing and implementing engagement, retention, and absenteeism strategies.
  • Providing analytical support to inform business decisions.
