We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our organization on a full-time, permanent basis.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of employment legislation, compliance and best practices, with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and drive HR initiatives forward.

This exciting opportunity presents a unique chance for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic support across various entities, implementing end-to-end HR solutions and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring a culture of best practice and continuous improvement.
  • They will also be required to assist with recruitment and selection processes, owning and managing the full on-boarding and off-boarding process for all employees across different entities.
  • Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining employee personnel files, coordinating training and development requirements and programs, and promoting a positive organizational culture.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or higher.
  • A strong understanding of employment legislation, compliance and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or Business (desired).
  • Proven problem-solving and time management skills, including the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • A valid C-class driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
