Talent Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and organized Talent Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing influencers, scouting and signing new talent while supporting the career growth of existing talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and expand a portfolio of talented individuals.
  • Secure and coordinate compelling brand collaborations for our talent.
  • Negotiate fee structures and manage contracts.
  • Provide clear content briefs to talent. Evaluate content to ensure alignment with brief and brand standards.
  • Analyze and share performance metrics.
  • Manage talent inquiries, share rate cards and media kits. Initiate outreach to brands for new partnership opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with brands, agencies, and talent.
  • Coordinate content scheduling in talent calendars.
  • Offer guidance and growth strategies to nurture talent career trajectories.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities (marketing, talent management, PR, social media).
  • Advanced knowledge and experience using various social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the talent/influencer industry.
  • Excellent time management skills to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills creating strong professional relationships.
  • Able to compose professional emails and messages.
