Rehabilitation Care Leader

The Nurse Unit Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care on a rehabilitation ward. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with extensive experience in nursing management and rehabilitation care.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide strategic direction and coordination to patient or client care teams.
- Ensure effective quality improvement initiatives are implemented to maintain safe and efficient practice of nursing and/or midwifery.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary care teams, promoting seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and manage business functions and processes, driving operational efficiency.
- A current registration as a Registered Nurse/Midwife with the relevant professional authority.
- A relevant management qualification or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in health care services delivery, including innovative clinical service delivery and harm minimization strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage, enable and manage diverse teams effectively.
