Night Duty Assistant Nurse Unit Manager to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a dynamic team of night nurses in the rehabilitation ward.
  • Collaborate with the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure efficient management of staff and resources and to deliver high-quality care in line with policies, best practice, and legislative requirements.
  • Mentor and lead a team of nurses and clinical support staff within a supportive leadership team.
About You
  • Strong clinical skillset in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
  • Exceptional customer service and time management skills with a passion for quality patient outcomes.
  • Rehabilitation ward experience is highly regarded.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team of clinical professionals and act as a mentor.
  • Availability to cover night duty shifts and work 9.5-hour shifts; flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster.
Requirements
  • Must have registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven acute care experience post-AHPRA registration in a hospital environment.
  • Postgraduate qualifications or rehabilitation specialty experience are highly regarded.
  • Clinical leadership experience is highly regarded.
  • Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
  • Ramsay may require Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation as appropriate for the role.
Remuneration

Base hourly rate ranging from $ $ superannuation, based on experience and qualifications. Penalties or allowances excluded.
