The Support Coordinator role presents an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals.
This position requires providing critical support through crisis interventions, assessments, and collaborative work with law enforcement and child protection agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Meet qualifications requirements and possess personal goal planning skills contributing to client success
- Develop report writing skills using analytical reasoning and supporting colleagues
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and their wider network of formal and informal supports
- Engage with complex issues such as homelessness, substance abuse, family/domestic violence, and mental health challenges
- Work within and contribute to the organization's vision, mission, core values, and guiding principles
- Apply knowledge and understanding of diversity, gender, and social inclusion particularly Aboriginal culture
- Current drivers' license
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- International Police Clearance Certificate if applicable
