About the Role

You will support the finance team by managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

  • Process supplier invoices, schedule payments, and reconcile statements.
  • Generate customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Allocate payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and prepare basic financial reports in Excel.
Key Responsibilities:

Proven experience in accounts administration, covering both creditors and debtors.

Proficient in MYOB.

Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and reporting).
