We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team in Adelaide.
The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with administrative and financial reporting requirements.
- Process accounts payable data, prepare supplier payments and expense claims, and reconcile AP ledgers.
- Maintain accurate records and database integrity.
- Provide financial support and general clerical assistance as needed.
About the Role:
- Display exceptional data entry speed and accuracy.
- Possess a minimum level of Certificate IV in Accountancy or related field.
- Have 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, including supervisory experience.
- Be proficient in business mathematical principles and practices.
- Have a sound level of computer literacy, including accounting software packages and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
