- Responsible for managing financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Governance- Ensure accurate and timely financial data and management accounts.
- Maintain effective internal controls and compliance.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, including staff management, HR, and facilities maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide valuable insights and input to drive business growth and decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business plans.
Requirements:
- CA/CPA (or near) qualifications.
- Proven experience in finance and administration, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
