Job Description

As a rehabilitation consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and organizations throughout the employment journey. Our team offers tailored rehabilitation and disability services that promote wellbeing, recovery, and successful return to work.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key partners to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
  • Identify barriers and design Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
  • Visit workplaces to understand challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
  • Knowledge of rehabilitation and disability services
  • Experience in RTW planning and implementation
