Job Title: Rehabilitation Counsellor

Job Description:

At our organization, we prioritize prevention and proactive management of workplace injuries through collaboration with employers and their employees. Our goal is to minimize the personal and business impact of injuries, illness, and disability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing complex psychological cases and providing health coaching and support.
  • Conducting one-off vocational assessments both face-to-face and virtually across the country.
  • Supporting clients in achieving personal return to life goals.
  • Providing non-comp and claim-related psychological and psychosocial support to large corporate and Govt customers.
  • Utilizing award-winning psychosocial risk tools to achieve successful outcomes.

Our team offers flexibility and autonomy to set your own hours, work location, and control over your diary. Your focus will be on achieving effective client outcomes through various means such as teleconference, employer visits, worksite meetings, client visits, or phone calls.
