Correctional Training Specialist

Job Opportunity:
As a dedicated professional, you will be responsible for delivering training programs for Adult Community Corrections staff. This role involves developing and implementing training initiatives that meet the operational requirements of Corrective Services.
You will work closely with the Manager Adult Community Corrections Training to inform and advise on emerging issues and trends, as well as contribute to continuous improvement in an environment of reform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs for Adult Community Corrections staff
- Provide expert advice on emerging issues and trends
- Contribute to ongoing improvements and reforms within the organization
Eligibility/Qualifications:
A qualification in Certificate III of Correctional Practice (Adult Community) is essential for this position. To be eligible for appointment, you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.
