A part-time role is available for a retail property professional to work on a three-day week, aligned with school hours.

**The Position**

We are seeking an experienced retail property manager or administration professional who can provide exceptional support to our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the asset manager to ensure accurate and timely monthly reports and annual reporting requirements;
  • Reviewing and maintaining arrears reporting and monthly expense accruals;
  • Addressing day-to-day matters with tenants in a prompt and professional manner;
  • Weekly review, coding, and sign-off of operational and capital expenditure invoices against budgets;
  • Reviewing tenancy schedules against lease and deed documents;
  • Developing relationships with new and existing clients;
  • Working closely with the facilities management team to coordinate repairs and maintenance;

**Requirements**

  • Broad property management experience, either directly or working closely with property management teams;
  • Strong Excel and Word skills;
  • Good communication and report-writing skills;
  • Highly motivated with a professional demeanor;
  • Committed to high standards with attention to detail;
