Job Title:

Project Manager: Leadership and Operations Expert

Your next opportunity is to join our team as a Project Manager. This key role requires leadership skills, a focus on safety and team development, and the ability to manage a remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Concrete team to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives across people and processes.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with clients, external suppliers, and internal business units.
  • Process production costs and manage raw materials.
  • Coach and develop team members to deliver industry-leading service with zero harm.
  • Manage the concrete team in a remote location.
  • Prepare weekly forecasts and analyze financial reports.
  • Plan works to meet delivery deadlines at short notice.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant OH&S, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Monitor job progress, contractual requirements, and client reporting as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on safety and team development.
  • Practical knowledge of OH&S and environmental legislation.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Project and operations management experience.
  • Understanding of Concrete batch plants, processes, and quality standards.
  • Financial literacy and ability to analyze reports.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a knack for building strong relationships.
  • Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
