Drive-Thru Manager

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to lead the success of our Drive-Thru operations in the Northern Suburbs of Perth. The ideal candidate will inspire and motivate teams, drive results, and bring energy every day.

This key leadership role requires a unique blend of skills, including the ability to engage and develop teams, manage operations, and create WOW moments for guests and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Motivate: Drive engagement and results with a team of 20-50 professionals.
  • Own Operations: Handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from senior management.
  • Grow Your Team: Help your team thrive through check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Manage Performance: Oversee profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to ensure the smooth operation of the Restaurant.
  • Engage Communities: Run our Local Matters program to support and engage local groups.
